Refund policy
We have a 30‑day return policy, beginning on the date your item is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unused and with all original tags.
To start a return, please contact us. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain items, such as cut‑to‑length products, cannot be returned.
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement.
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your original payment method will be refunded automatically within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
